Invite and manage team members

Invite members

  1. Go to Settings > Team
  2. Click Invite member
  3. Enter their email address and select a role
  4. They will receive an email with a link to join

Invitations are valid for 7 days. You can resend or revoke pending invitations at any time.

Roles and permissions

Every workspace comes with predefined roles:

| Role | Description | |------|-------------| | Owner | Full access to everything, can delete the workspace and assign roles | | Manager | Can manage members, change settings, and use all apps | | Member | Can use assigned apps but cannot change settings |

The role is set when you send the invitation and can be changed later under Settings > Team.

Remove a member

To remove someone from the workspace:

  1. Open Settings > Team
  2. Click the three dots next to the member
  3. Select Remove from workspace

The member loses access immediately. Their personal account and other workspaces are not affected.

Manage pending invitations

Under Settings > Team > Invitations you can see all outstanding invitations. From there you can resend or delete them.
