Create and set up a workspace

Create a new workspace
A workspace represents a single location or business. Here is how to create one:
- On the home screen, click Create workspace
- Choose the type: Team (for businesses with multiple employees) or Personal (for individual use)
- Enter a name (e.g. "The Alpine Kitchen")
- A URL slug is generated automatically, e.g.
alpine-kitchen. You can change it as long as it is still available - Select your region (country). This sets the default currency, date format, and timezone
- Click Create
Adjust workspace settings
After creating your workspace, go to Settings > General to customise:
- Name and logo: Shown throughout the app and on invoices
- Currency: The default currency for prices and payments
- Date format: How dates appear across the platform
- Time format: 12-hour or 24-hour
- Timezone: Important for reservations and shift schedules
Manage multiple workspaces
You can create as many workspaces as you need and switch between them freely. This is useful if you operate multiple locations. Each workspace has its own members, settings, and data.
Switch between workspaces using the dropdown in the top-left corner of the sidebar.
