Download and install the apps

Desktop app

The desktop app gives you the full feature set and is designed for day-to-day work.

macOS

1. Download the app from app.workspaces.kotao.com
2. Open the .dmg file and drag Kotao into your Applications folder
3. Launch the app and sign in with your account

Windows

1. Download the installer from app.workspaces.kotao.com
2. Run the .exe file and follow the installation steps
3. The app will launch automatically

Linux

The desktop app is available as an .AppImage. Download the file, make it executable (chmod +x), and run it.

Mobile app

The mobile app gives you access to reservations, messages, and team management on the go.

iOS

Download Kotao Workspaces from the App Store. Requires iOS 17 or later.

Android

Download Kotao Workspaces from the Google Play Store. Requires Android 13 or later.

Web access

If you prefer not to install anything, you can use Kotao directly in your browser. Open app.workspaces.kotao.com in any modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge).
