Subscription and billing

Choose a plan

Kotao offers different plans depending on your business size and the features you need. You can view your current plan and available options under Settings > Subscription.

Plan changes are prorated. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to the new features. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

Update your payment method

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription > Payment method
  2. Click Change payment method
  3. Enter your new card details
  4. Click Save

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and SEPA direct debit.

Download invoices

Invoices are generated automatically and available under Settings > Subscription > Invoices. Each invoice can be downloaded as a PDF.

Invoices are also sent by email to the billing address on file.

Update your billing address

If your business details change:

  1. Open Settings > Subscription > Billing address
  2. Update your company name, address, and tax ID
  3. Click Save

Future invoices will use the updated details. Previously issued invoices remain unchanged.

Cancel your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time under Settings > Subscription. After cancellation, your access remains active until the end of the current billing period. Your data is not deleted immediately and can be restored within 30 days if you change your mind.
